1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scapego mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scapego is a business management platform designed for landscape and lawn care professionals. The Service includes job scheduling, client management, invoicing, route planning, crew coordination, and integrations with third-party services such as Stripe, QuickBooks, and Google Calendar.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data, files, photos, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Scapego a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell or share your User Content with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms including Stripe, QuickBooks, and Google Calendar. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Scapego is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scapego and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
